From groundbreaking to grand opening, I capture your projects with the clarity, scale, and impact your team needs.
Modern glass office towers and construction sites along urban street with blue sky.

I provide high-resolution architectural and construction photography and motion content tailored for contractors, developers, and architecture firms. I capture large-scale projects with the detail, drama, and consistency that truly reflect the quality of your work.

Why Work With Me?

Your on-site teams already capture daily documentation, and they should. The problem is those photos and videos end up scattered across phones, emails, and shared drives with inconsistent quality and no single reliable source when you need them for proposals, websites, or stakeholder updates.

I solve that completely.

I deliver a professional, fully organized visual library built specifically for marketing and business use. Every shoot gives you consistently high-resolution imagery that far exceeds smartphone capabilities — expertly composed, safely captured, professionally edited, and delivered on time.

Everything lives in one clean, centralized library you can actually rely on. Because this is my sole focus for your project, you have one dedicated professional you can hold fully accountable. Need photos from a shoot 10 years ago? Just ask. They’ll be in your inbox in a moment’s notice.

FAQ

Are travel expenses included in your packages or charged additionally?

Local travel within a 4-hour radius of Los Angeles is completely included in my standard rates. For projects outside of this region, travel expenses are custom-quoted based on the scope and scale of the engagement.

Do you travel for photoshoots outside of California?

Absolutely. I regularly deploy nationwide and internationally to document major builds for my clients. Recent project locations include New York City, Chicago, Vancouver, Austin, and more.

Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?

Yes. While I offer standard single-visit and annual partnership tiers, I frequently build custom engagements for complex, multi-phase developments, specialized deliverables, or multi-site portfolios. We can tailor the scope and timeline exactly to your project's demands.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

I understand that the construction industry moves fast and you need visuals for immediate updates and PR. Fully edited, high-resolution images are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot so your team can put them to work right away.

Are you insured and safety-certified for active construction sites?

Yes. I carry full commercial liability insurance and arrive on-site with all necessary PPE. I am highly experienced in navigating active, heavy-machinery environments safely without disrupting your crew.

Do you provide drone and aerial photography?

Yes. I am fully FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone operations and handle all necessary airspace authorizations prior to the shoot to capture dramatic aerial perspectives of your site.

Who owns the rights to the final images?

My standard agreements include broad, perpetual licensing for your company to use the images across all marketing, web, print, and social media channels. Third-party licensing for other contractors can be arranged upon request.

How far in advance should we schedule a shoot for specific construction milestones?

While I always try to accommodate urgent requests, I recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance for standard progress documentation. For highly time-sensitive, unrepeatable events—such as massive concrete pours, major crane mobilizations, or topping-out ceremonies—please reach out as early as possible so I can guarantee availability on your critical dates.
